A unique, weighted flogger, the shooting star flogger uses ball bearings at the end of each fall. The handle is approximately 8" long with each fall beinbg about 18" in length. The weighted ends measure out to just under 1" with the knotting. You can also chose to have a sliding bead added for more versatility. Please select one or two colors from our Color Chart.
