All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email when we have recieved your order and have confirmed payment.  Once your order is complete you will recieve an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the destination.  Please note international orders may have additional shipping fees which you will be notified of after your order has been confirmed.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States is 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and other factors beyond our control. SimplyKnotty.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package on the USPS website.

6. Shipping Delays

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

SimplyKnotty.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS with your tracking information. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. SimplyKnotty.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
